Hi ... I have done the flash like your video... I will go under Twrp and swipe to unlock...it seems all was OK I have changed the english to the french langage... After I quit the recovery... And now when I try to into the recovery the recovery is the oem recovery !!! The phone has not save the recovery...

If there's no OEM unlocking, it means that you have the Snapdragon version of the phone. There's no way of unlocking the bootloader on that.
