Worked like charm! No special knowledge required, even my grandma can do it. Those who cant download from the website you have to create the id on the website after that instead of choosing fast download select the left option i think so it was wait and download. after the pop up you have to wait for 30 seconds and the download option is usually hidden below the ad so close the ad and scroll down you will find the download option.

Hi! Actually I don't know. I even tried to google it but I can't see any thread about that. But personally, I think you should download software from the country you bought it or where it originally came from. For example, I have my s10e locked on Globe (telecom from my country). Even if I go to other country, I should still download firmware that's locked on Globe and is from the Philippines. Anyway, I think you should check your phone's info. I checked mine's (especially the service provider from Settings>about phone>software information) bc mine is locked then searched it on Sammobile first to make sure I got the right firmware for my device. Anyway, I wish you good luck!

Thanks man! Followed your steps and everything went perfectly fine. One mention though, it's better to back everything up and use the simple CSC file, otherwise you might encounter some software issues even though nothing is deleted using HOME_CSC. Sayin' this because i used HOME_CSC and then had processes stopping continuously. Because of this, i had to factory reset after flashing, the new Android, but after that, everything was fine. Yoooo! I wanted to drop by to let you know this was an amazing video and every thing you said was true and worked. After watching your videos I gained the confidence to try it and WAHLAH!!!! It worked! I was nervous at first bro... screen was stuck at installing update for at least 20 minutes, no bar lmao. I'm like I'm fucked. But then I hop in the shower and boom - I hear my phone turning on. Let me tell you bro, I don't normally walk out of the shower for shit but this got me.
