Thank you for the guide. Just install Windows 11, for those who had problems with the drivers I found a solution because I couldn't continue without Wi-Fi drivers. I stuck where it was searching for Wi-Fi so I Press Shift + F10 keys to open Command Prompt window. Then In the Command Prompt window, I typed explorer.exe and the File Explorer window pop-up. Went to USB drive were the bootcamp drivers was and click on setup. All drivers installed, reboot and worked great. MacBook Air 2015 13''.

You can do this to install drivers instead of installing bombardier - open bootcamp in macos - from top left, click on action - then download windows support software - then paste the folder into bootable usb drive. This will automatically download the supported drivers for your mac instead of finding and downloading it.

Glad to hear! Yes, it is if you want to utilize certain features. Yes, the security changes are permanent until you reverse the changes. The parameters are self explanatory. It actually depends. Usually, the updates should be fine.

For those who does not have sound. You have to instal the windows with ssd/hdd converted to SMR [BIOS LEGACY]. UEFI does not suport the oldest hardrives components. I use a tool [rufus] to make the usb drive with windows in that format, and then on the first intalation step, Shift+F10, diskpart, list disk, select disk [x], clean disk, covert mbr The sound back on my Macbook pro mid 2012

Once booted into usb the win 11 logo appears but not the loading loop at the bottom of the screen. After a minute Mac would go into no display and I have to press power button to turn it off. Do you know what would have caused that? I’m using the same Mac 2018 intel.

After I updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I couldn't use the trackpad and keyboard. Even when I went to the device manager, it didn't show that there was a trackpad and keyboard device, which I was using. macbook pro 2017 . Looking forward to your help!

i have iMac mid 2010 running MacOS Sequoia that was installed using OpenCore Patcher. I followed all steps until minute 6:13. At this point, I didn't find the partition called EFI Boot. UPDATE as of 10/01/24 as long as your not completely incompetent and know your system Works Like A Charm My Specs: 2020 i7quad 3.8ghz turbo macbook air with 16gigs of memory. All that was needed was disabling tpm

format usb with MBR copy files to usb proceed to installation, Windows installer try's to re-write to usb during install when formatted to GTP and shows that error, good luck!

If you have a smartphone, connect it to the USB port, turn on wifi hotspot and usb tethering. Installation will detect the network and continues the installation. I know it works as that's what i did when i got to this point of installation.
