At no point in the presentation are you mentioning when to power it on? I also assume I need to have a 3 prong wall outlet underneath the kitchen counter? This isn't something most kitchen cabinets have. Lastly is there an option to turn off the voice commands?

yeah, there is a knob on the back that you can turn to dim the voice down, it won t turn it completely off but you won t hear it

He literally explains it when he says to plug it back in which would indicate. You need an electrician to put an outlet under the sink yes how else is it supposed to be powered?
