Your examples look like silk Charmeuse (basically silk with a satin weave,) but there are many types of good silk that don't look like that. Silk is strong dry but weaker when wet.

Regarding Lily Silk, I’ve been hesitant to order on the recommendation of other influencers but trust that your evaluation is genuine. Would you be able to comment as to whether LilynSilk blouses run large or true tomsize? I am 5’3” and weigh 100 pounds and hope there is a size small and fitted enough for me. Also, would you please recommend a steamer? The one you use perhaps? I’ve been afraid of getting burned. I once ordered the “best” one from Amazon, and the on/off trigger was just under where the steam comes out!😮. Thank you very much for all your work and thought.
