Glad it was helpful Melanie! We also have a Zoho user community where I teach everyone how to maximize Zoho apps. We would love to have you in SuccessFULL Community as well. Hope to see you there ☺️

My clients is focused on setting up Accounts and Contacts and not so much deals (at least not at this point). How do you approach mapping if there are no deals set up?
@SuccessFULLSolutions8 ай бұрын
In the Lead Conversion mapping, just make sure all fields have somewhere to go, either in the Account or Contact modules. Honestly, if any fields pertain to the transaction/deal, it really should go to the Deals module.

Great vid! Can this also work with Zoho books and Zoho projects?
@SuccessFULLSolutions11 ай бұрын
You can view Zoho Projects from Zoho CRM, which is what this video covers. If you have Zoho Books integrated with Zoho CRM, you can see the Estimates, Invoices, etc., from the Contact's profile. Hope this answers your question.

Do you have to have ZOHO one?
@SuccessFULLSolutions Жыл бұрын
No, you can have Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects as standalone applications and still view your projects from the CRM.

if you can reply to this, I would really appreciate that. now, how do I check how many contact or account are associated to a project, from the project dashboard?
@SuccessFULLSolutions9 ай бұрын
There isn't a dashboard that will automatically show you which Accounts are associated with a project, however, you can use Zoho Analytics to create a component or report to do so. You would have to set up the ZCRM and ZProjects data sources to feed into the same workspace in ZAnalytics, then create a report. It's possible that a SQL query may have to be created to achieve this.

Thanks for your video. I learned something no one else has shown! Question for you...Is there a way to make each Deal in a CRM become a Milestone in a Project (as opposed to a new Project each time)? The use case is wanting to have a single Project match up to an Account in Zoho CRM...and then have each Deal associated with that Account match up to a Milestone...all in one singular Project. I'm looking to avoid having 10 Projects for a single Account. Most of our Deals will have 95% of the work done within the first couple of months, and then it's basically an annual checkup/revisit after that. Because there are a few annual tasks every year afterwards, the Deal and/or Project never actually ends, so to speak. Hence not wanting to have 10 open Projects for each Account. (Feel free to let me know if my thinking is off here!)

Good question! If you haven’t already, try Zoho Flow. If you’re a developer, you may be able to code it. We will be creating a community soon where we can go more into depth on questions like this. Be sure to connect with us by registering for SuccessFULL Learning and I’ll let you know when we get the community set up.

Watched the video and heard "a few bucks a month". Looked at the pricing and it's $37 but you need to add it for ALL users! That's not a few bucks a month. That's more than I pay for both CRM and Projects combined. Especially when I only need a very basic integration between the two. This isn't a $37 feature... and again, it's not a few bucks a month. This becomes hugely expensive when you start adding it for multiple users because it needs to be added for ALL users unless I want to spend $90 for just myself. If you know of a "few bucks a month" version please let me know!

Thanks for your comment Chris! My rule of thumb is if you need more than 3 applications within the Zoho suite, then consider a bundle (Zoho CRM Plus or Zoho One). If you only need 2 applications, then the standalone apps could very well be your best option. Wishing you well in your business 😀
