IT/Software job-- Sir, according to the job you described, I believe the most important thing in job is flexibility, adaptibility and team work. I can show you my skills with some examples,. As I was a NCC Cadet during my college days, so during my camping, I have to adapt many routines which I haven't being much focused earlier. Waking up early in the morning, punctuality and discipline in daily routines make me adaptable to these and I started to follow in my normal days. During my college presentation for ppts and projects, I was a team leader at some roles, where I have faced many problems with my team but from that, I have learned a lot. When HR asked me "Why should we hire you" then I simply replied " now it's all about highlighting my personae to get selected and I'll do it because I would've to give some valid points to outshine" HR was impressed from my brutal honesty... And that was compendium of what happened because I can't type all details of that interview... But would love to tell kii I "got selected" and that job was of 35,000 salary per month...
