Where I’m from static and spinning classes are separate and since my schedule only aligns with static classes, I end up practicing spinning on my own. Spinning inverts have always been hard for me but I finally got my first super smooth invert on spin for the first time the other day with your video, and I could invert both spinning clockwise and anticlockwise!! I was so happy I could cry and it shows in the video I took then 😭 Thanks so much for your help 🫶

Thank you so much! Invert on spin is so hard! It's like everything moves too fast for me to work WITH the physics of the spin and not against it. But I tried your method at 6:10 and felt, for just a couple seconds, that sensation of moving INTO the spin rather than against it. I know I can get it! 😤💪

Yeahh! It definitely takes time, experience and strength :)

I learned this by way of going into a cradle tuck and then flaring into straddle, which was surprisingly easier than chopper. Looking forward to trying in the air!
@scorpionshape2 ай бұрын
Yeah thats a good way as well if you have enough strength to hold yourself in cradle for a bit :)

Thank you, thank you and thank you. Of all the videos I see on forward aerial inversion, this is the most educational of all. I will put it into practice. Thank you very much.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge 🩷 really good explanation. I was unsure about continuing my training with online help but now I’m curious! And no worries been doing pole since 2018, but have to train again and at home.

Great to hear! You can definitely progress with online training :) I do so myself. It's maybe not as quickly but definitely doable. If you would like and need, I do give private online classes as well. Just let me know

Thank you for this good video and the tipps! My problem is, that i can‘t bring my butt very high, i‘m like in a vertical position in my invert. Do you have tipps for that? :)
@scorpionshape11 ай бұрын
My suggestion would be to really work on your floor invert first before going into the air. It sounds like you need more muscle strength in particular: Abs, bicep and scapular muscle engagement. This might take a while but it is definitely possible to work on it through specific conditioning. My private client got her invert with no help after 2 months of coaching :)

Amazing video! Thank you so much for that!! Btw you look greek like me, are you from around here???
@scorpionshape Жыл бұрын
Ahh I live in cyprus right now so I get that more often, and I get approached in greek as well. But unfortunately I am not greek at all... My dad is from the netherlands and since they had some influence with the turkish I feel like I have some turkish blood within me, hence my dark, curly hair etc.

Hi do you have any tips I got the motion for the beginning but eveytime I get in the air I get stuck in a invert it’s like I can get my legs bent but I can get my back over
@scorpionshape Жыл бұрын
It's quite hard to tell from the description alone. But It sounds like you are going into a full invert which you don't want to be doing with the conditioning exercise. You basically want to bring your legs close to your face without leaning back a whole lot to then let your legs drop again. Coming back from the invert probably means that you need more bicep and perhaps core strength to pull yourself back out of it.

@scorpionshape11 ай бұрын
@bobcat.837210 ай бұрын

It`s ok! Just keep working on it. Maybe try the beginner workouts I have on here so you can build some strength and improve in your inverts :)

Can one do the final exercise also with completely straight both legs ? That is my dream 🥲
@scorpionshape2 ай бұрын
Yes of course you can! With straight legs it gets trickier however, since the weight is further away from the pole. But totally doable with enough strength :)
