Why can’t we invest in India? I think it’s s better option as Indian market have a higher growth rate, for example Index funds in Canada gets around 7-9%growth per annum, whereas in India index funds earns you 11-13%per annum and compounding over a long period of pf time Indian market would earn you a lot more! PS- I don’t know about the taxation while investing in India from Canada, but you’ll not need to pay double taxes on both the countries as India and Canada have a treaty which let you to pay the taxes in the country where you reside for longer period.

Ya sure. There are funds(combinations of bonds and stocks) which are somewhat similar to etfs but gives guarantees and far better rate of returns. My husband is finanical advisor and works with different financial institutions.

the markets are being propped up by the FED printing money with NO limit, every time the Market blips down the FED dumps cash into the dip. I see any market condition as an opportunity so far I've made over $505k in raw profits from just Q4 of 2021 alone Am I selling? Absolutely not. Hi Amarinder! This gives me a great video idea about Canadian ETF's. Perhaps you could also do some research on ETF's? the average rate of return for ETF's is around 8%. It does fluctuate, but does not go too far from the mean base :)
