Hi Kiran, can I use my annual personal allowance against my Bonds and Share dividends? My bond interest giving me £8k per year and dividends around £3k so can I offset this against my personal allowance before I pay tax?

The answer is YES. Any income of whatever type falls within your personal tax allowance. If your totals exceed that then search for 'order of taxation'. Also, do not forget the 'starter rate for savings', which allows a further £5,000 of interest, assuming you do not earn an income from working which exceeds your personal allowance.

You've got around £20k in your high interest savings account? Well done, but that's not really investing, that's saving wisely. Investing in a S&A ISA or SIPP as well as investing in other asset classes long-term and as tax efficiently as possible is investing

In my experience, ETF and Index funds are the other way round according to your description. Index funds are fractional shares whereas ETFs are actual unit shares and thus more expensive than Index funds. Example INVESCO MARKETS III PLC,INVESCO EQQQ NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF(EQQQ) - £380 per unit share.
