It doesn't consume battery. It's on coinmarketcap in the untracked listing. On the marketplace, there are already transactions for a value of $100 approx and when you just download the app you mine at 0.25 pis/hour. Use my code as an invitation. I like SilverGoldBull.com or local coin shops if they are in your area. $15 an ounce avg cost. Silver is (in my opinion, not financial advice) the best value way to store wealth right now.

Walk Out Freedom, we bought our first property that was a townhouse when we had our first baby (N. Hollywood, Ca.) It was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. We slept in the master bedroom and rented the other 2 bedrooms out. After we had our second baby we refinanced the townhouse for the downpayment on our second house, a four bedroom two bath(Burbank.) We rented out the master bedroom in the back of the house that had it's own sliding door entrance. So they don't go through our house at all. We also bought two houses (Palmdale) really cheap at an auction and made them section 8 houses. A few years later added a one bedroom guest house at the back of the lot where we live in the Burbank house...It helps to DIY on remodeling and repairs, which we do to save a ton of money. Also, some contractors/handymen are some of the biggest ripoff artists out there.

You can still access the stock market with relevant index funds. Just find the one that suits you, and follow the same strategy he advices. Maybe you won't get 8% annually, maybe only 6.5/7% but that's enough for most people. Yes you can't access a Roth IRA, but your government may have an equivalent. Contact a financial adviser to help you out.

Alright so im going to ask a dumb question but i just started my climb to the top so I think I'm allowed rookie questions... what % of ur income after need expenses do u split between Roth IRA, index fund, and emergency online savings.... Or to make it more simple how do u balance ivestments verses versus cushion money in online banking?
@tristan.235 жыл бұрын
No expert here but every situation is different man. Typically, people will try to have 3-6 months of income in their Emergency savings should anything go wrong. So before any investments are done, many people suggest a strong foundation by paying off debt and building up that emergency savings first.

My little theory has been working very, very well. 60% bills 20% fun $$$ 10% invest (Roth Ira, 401k, traditional, Robo, etc) 10% savings (emergency fund, cash, HYS, etc) Thank me later. Shout out Ramit 🙏🏼

@skylinec836 жыл бұрын
I like Marcus as well. But Ally is much more flexible. Ally offers a debit card with ATM fee reimbursement, investment accounts, and a phone app. I asked Marcus why they didn't offer those other user-friendly perks that Ally or other banks offer - they said that their account is meant to be a true savings account where it's not intended for you to be transferring/withdrawing money that often. They do have a point. And as long as they can offer market leading yields, I'm not complaining.
@Theoneandonly88able6 жыл бұрын
Which one is better? Barclays, Ally or Amex? I eliminated Marcus due to limited flexibility for transfers and withdrawing. My goal is to simply save what I can while still having access to the account when necessary@@skylinec83

He has a lot of videos on that specifically! You can invest online easily through things like webull and fidelity. If you'd like something more then you can get in contact with an actual broker.
