Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

@@PanhandlePapi24 YES!! and I agree, you've made some good points. Can't follow exactly all his advice because we're in different countries, both the government and the financial ecosystem here is very different than in the U.S. I've upped my income to almost double (still in the lower tax bracket but I earn more than 60 percent of people my age) I invested in some stocks in a popular bluechip fast food chain here and I've set up life insurance in case anything happens to me so my siblings have something to fall back on, albeit temporarily. Start mining Pi, the cryptocurrency will be launched this year, and once it does, you won't be able to mine anymore. You don't need graphics cards you only need your phone, which is cloud mining. It doesn't consume battery. It's on coinmarketcap in the untracked listing. On the marketplace, there are already transactions for a value of $100 approx and when you just download the app you mine at 0.25 pis/hour. Use my code as an invitation. Thanks for the video. If I may, I’d like to offer you 2 edits to your list. 1. I would suggest that you invest in real estate BEFORE buying stocks. (Use part of the equity and appreciation to fund the stock purchase.) 2. I would add a step 4B. Invest in SILVER. Not the paper/digital version either. The cold, hard Silver Bullion bars. I like SilverGoldBull.com or local coin shops if they are in your area. $15 an ounce avg cost. Silver is (in my opinion, not financial advice) the best value way to store wealth right now.

Nate O'Brien No it didn’t. Only short term versus long term curve matters, but only 2 vs 5 year curve was inverted. Also one time inversion doesn’t matter, it needs to stay inverted for a few months. The original rule which consistently predicted recession was the inversion of 3 months vs 5 years curve for at least a quarter year. Keep watching.

Walk Out Freedom, we bought our first property that was a townhouse when we had our first baby (N. Hollywood, Ca.) It was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. We slept in the master bedroom and rented the other 2 bedrooms out. After we had our second baby we refinanced the townhouse for the downpayment on our second house, a four bedroom two bath(Burbank.) We rented out the master bedroom in the back of the house that had it's own sliding door entrance. So they don't go through our house at all. We also bought two houses (Palmdale) really cheap at an auction and made them section 8 houses. A few years later added a one bedroom guest house at the back of the lot where we live in the Burbank house...It helps to DIY on remodeling and repairs, which we do to save a ton of money. Also, some contractors/handymen are some of the biggest ripoff artists out there.

You can still access the stock market with relevant index funds. Just find the one that suits you, and follow the same strategy he advices. Maybe you won't get 8% annually, maybe only 6.5/7% but that's enough for most people. Yes you can't access a Roth IRA, but your government may have an equivalent. No expert here but every situation is different man. Typically, people will try to have 3-6 months of income in their Emergency savings should anything go wrong. So before any investments are done, many people suggest a strong foundation by paying off debt and building up that emergency savings first.

Ally offers a debit card with ATM fee reimbursement, investment accounts, and a phone app. I asked Marcus why they didn't offer those other user-friendly perks that Ally or other banks offer - they said that their account is meant to be a true savings account where it's not intended for you to be transferring/withdrawing money that often. They do have a point. And as long as they can offer market leading yields, I'm not complaining.
