It's hard to beat the market as an ordinary investor. You don't have access to information that advisors have. So it's just better if you invest with an advisor who knows how things work better.

Picking stocks is a risky thing to do, particularly for non-professionals. I learnt that in 2020 when I lost almost everything, but I switched to using a financial advisor who has better knowledge of the market than I do and I've been returning at least $70k every month, just too bad I didn't learn this earlier on.
