Nahhh i like the hour length. I bet you have an hour of chores or something todo while listening. Also if its too long just come for another watch or break it down into two 30 minutes. But i find if its a good topic and discussion length doesn't matter as long as they flush out important ideads and make a framework for application nuance.

Hi Henry I really enjoyed this intro to investing in Real Estate. Was there a strategy you used to get over the trepidation of taking on large amounts of debt to buy these propertties before you really had an exit or monetizing method? I understand that there are risks but perhaps you can do a video on how to avoid pitfalls. I've had really bad experiences with renters, property managers and home falling apart--are these just the necessary evils of this type of investing? thank you
