Should you hold the units for a shorter period the returns may be lower as the dividend yield grows as the IREIT assets grow due to economies of scale. This is more of a long term investment. The longer you are invested the better your returns.

@Shee70 i invested more than 200k for more than a year and only recieved dividends one's which was not even 2k hehe so when i wanted to withdraw and invest elsewhere apparently i couldn't withdraw the 200k because there was management fee of 3% and not to mention it takes 1 month to recieve your money after you have sold your units,,, long story short i ended up recieving 192k excluding what i paid to oppen my account around 3k ,so inshort there's no profit i made after more than 1 year which could have been a different story if it was mmf or gvmnt bonds
