Saurik stepped away from the project years ago, and JB developers were getting tired of slapping a bandaid over it to keep it alive. Sileo and Zebra are both great package managers and run a lot better than Cydia ever did.

iPhone 13 is supported up to 16.5, it says so on the jailbreak app main screen. 16.5.1 is supported by iPhone 12 and older

Once I do dopamine should I reinstall all the tweaks I have or will it adjust to dopamine and everything. Yes, You'd need to uninstall Serotonin completely first, and installing Dopamine means also reinstalling the tweaks.

Front Camera issues are 100% hardware-related. How would software prevent it from working for you but not everyone else on that version. Apple's answer is always "oh it's because of old FW"

It could just be the exploit failing. KFD Landa is known for that. Try again and again until it works. Make sure it's installed via TrollStore and Developer Mode is ENABLED in settings.

Actually I have an A11 X iOS 16.2, haven't updated it since I got it last year on purpose XD. Judging by the arm64 and same supported versions in the Dopamine application it is indeed arm64, but the newest different exploit has not worked for me, after two Panics I decided that even though the .tipa file is removed for the version You're using, I'll try to at least select the same exploit on the latest Dopamine version. It worked, I guess my older device does not support the latest Dopamine exploit at least while I am on this 16.2 iOS. So thanks, have a great day Sir:).
