Bro , don't create a clickbait , till date ( 9th May 2024 ) , a common regular indian can not join medium partner program no matter what amount you pay . So stop fukking around , and second medium doesn't have any payment method through paypal .

If someone creates a new medium account, Is he/she supposed to be a member to write? I understand only that medium account will be monetised which has applied to be a member. But, if someone is NOT a member and say he writes 10-11 articles and suppose it got great views and reads. Later, when the partner program is finally implemented in India, will those 10-11 articles be eligible to be monetised? OR only those articles will be eligible which were written after MPP is implemented?

You need to be a member to start writing. All articles can get monetized once you’ve been accepted in the MPP but you don’t get paid for any view that you received prior to being monetized.
