Torque specs:
- Rear sprocket nuts: 59nm or 44ft-lbs
- Rear axle: 108nm or 80ft-lbs
- Crank sprocket nut: 125nm or 92ft-lbs
- Speed sensor bolts: 10nm or 87in-lbs
Chain specs:
- Chain link width: 17.25-17.55mm
- Chain link flared pin width: 5.7-6.0mm
- Chain tension: 25-35mm

My honest opinion, I would not spend the money doing it unless if you already had to change the chains and a sprocket. It’s maybe 200rpm lower on the highway compared to before. Really no significant difference there. And 1st gear is slightly taller now which really doesn’t impact me that much. That’s my honest opinion haha

Trying the take the nut off of my versys 650 with the same impact tool and no luck!! Do you think the breaker bar might have loosen the nut.

Probably. And you can always put a block of wood through the spoke of the rear tire. Are you sure you’re at the full strength setting with a charged battery? That can make a huge difference

Sure enough. I had half a battery or what I thought was half a battery. It turns out it was 1/4 left.

@@Koolnirvanaguy glad to hear it worked!! That impact is great. But half dead batteries and multiple connections (from 1/2 inch to 1 inch adapters, etc) really weaken it. I watched a video where the impact didn’t perform at full power with the smaller batteries. One needed the 5 or 8 amp batteries to get full power. Don’t completely quote me on that, but the conclusion was definitely full break loose torque doesn’t get achieved unless if you have the huge battery
