Ok so I really find the transparency of your growth on your journey is refreshing. These last few weeks have been the toughest in a while but also the most enlightening, healing and childlike. So emotions have been fragile. So I yearn to hear the truth or origin atleast. You have a humbling way of getting your messages out that comes off like a familiar space and trust worthy and dependable. Now on the other hand you hit the nail on the head, I ended up with a great day and a whirlwind of a night. However I reclaimed my energy this morning took my thoughts seriously and the universe made me feel special tonight with new opportunity, new music connections and clarity. It’s like it was lined up for me to watch already and this feels good to be able to connect on higher ground with others willing to invest in you becoming your best version. I appreciate the guidance.

Friction points... great hacks! Also, glad you're experiencing less aggressive SAD. That's always so sad to hear but you've got this and we're 🙏🏽 for you. Could share how/ what led to your decision to remove your Tattoos? Were all removed or just some? Did any any have significant/ sentimental value? Did you outgrow any aspect of them or was your decision influenced by health reasons? Thanks!

I enjoyed understanding how you’ve build a consistent morning ritual. Clever and tactical yet simple and plain. As a guy whose inconsistencies usually drives him to madness, I’m excited to use some of these practices to change that. Much love 🫶. Also do you still host Patreon meet ups?

Hey Joseph! Another insightful video, as always! Thanks for addressing this relevant topic, especially as many of us are focusing on our New Year resolutions. I was hoping you touched on the importance of accountability in morning routines and what that should entail. Additionally, regarding the discussion on depression, I'm curious if the three days you mentioned (of being depressed) were clinically diagnosed? As a public health professional, I've noticed the term "depression" being used quite loosely, so I just wanted to clarify. Pursuing a doctorate in mental health/ depression seems like a great idea if time and opportunity allow; you are very passionate about it. Keep up the great work, brother! Stay blessed!

Also my question is how many hours should you wake up to start your day before you go into your normal work day process ?
@flightsfeelings11 ай бұрын
you choose that! start small. do what suits your day best. you find that out by simply experimenting small.
