HOW TO Keep Hitters In The Box? (ACTUALLY WORKS)

Duke Baxter and Steve Nikorak demonstrate certain drills to help youth baseball players stay in the box when the pitch is thrown.
A lot of young players tend to "Bail Out" at the younger ages. Whether it's their fear of getting hit by the ball or they can't control their bodies yet, it's something that a lot of players do when they hit.
First off, we need to teach our players how to get hit correctly. Tuck the chin, drop the barrel and turn in. This will help us get hit by the ball in the parts of our body that won't hurt nearly as bad.
From there, the next step is to mix in some balls during front toss where you actually hit the player with a smush ball or incredi-ball.
