Man A.H. you have NEVER LIED about the 400, but I was punish (self inflicted) doing 400 intermediate hurdles, and sometimes 4x4 mile relay lol enjoy and great video!

Speaking of which running the 400 meters is like running yourself to death! It’s 2 200 meter races back to back, and you know what they say about the 200 meters, “It’s a controlled drop from a 4 story building” with the fastest part at the end and then you are completely out of gas!

Great vid Ashton! I’m not sure if I got it right.. to maintain muscle mass while running, one has to do just short burst sprints instead of long distance runs?
