you thought you could beat fuel weaver accessibly before spring so you can have fun with all these new post fuelweaver shenanigans? goofy, you need to wait for season locked weather pains just to be able to reasonably try the fight. but it's also weird as in reworking fuelweaver might ruin him as a fight, but it's mandatory at the same time so he would be on par with CC.

@@kinnykin1305 the thing is, the game got easier with times actually, skill trees being a huge example, rabbits are literally not a threat, you need to go out of your way to spawn the rabbit king. the problem is that people don't like that klei update endgame without reworking the way to getting to said content, like weaver and champion should theoretically be on par difficulty wise, they're quote unquote "final" bosses, or you can call them faction bosses. now sure you CAN beat fuel weaver with only a hambat irc and some sanity items but that requires a very precise strategy that does not forgive failure (unrealistic for 95% of the playerbase or probably more). the only champion's attack that genuinely can be made easier are the sky crystals, which you can destroy with a weather pain and it's not even close to the same level of mandatory like weather pains to counter weaver's minions. they desperately tried to make a boss that can be taken down only with a group, but then at some point they decided to drop the idea of doing that and now we have champion, werepig and frostjaw. please klei we want reworks to old fights.

Yes, I can do it, but it's not in my current plans. One tip I can give you is to know what you'll need to do that, like, what's the minimum amount of items I can get to do that boss and focus on that, always at the minimum, the less preparation the faster you'll do it.

It's more of a show-off to show how bosses work and how to avoid their attacks. Canceling doesn't really give any advantage at this point, it just makes the fight end faster, but I get your point.
