I tried to buy this with credit card but since I used pay pal account I have no idea when in this century it’s refusing to let me use credit card and demanding I use pay pal which doesn’t work and is stuck on proof page asking me to proof that I am not a robot. In this case, follow the pattern(since it’s made from the top to bottom) using the smaller size, and after shaping the armholes, follow the directions for the bigger size. In the first row after shaping the armholes, don’t forget to increase the amount of stitches required for the bigger size. For instance, size S which you followed the pattern for, requires 100 stitches total , and the size M requires 120 stitches total. Increase 20 stitches evenly on the very first row right after shaping the armholes. You can also do that a little bit later, depends on the shape of your body. Hope, it helps.
