How To Knit Scrunchies - Tutorial

I saw the rare knit or crochet scrunchie on Instagram last summer and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since. With the moment yarn crafts are having I thought maybe I wasn't the only one looking for some trendy stash busters.
What you need:
50g 4ply cotton yarn
3.75mm knitting needles
Hair tie / elastic
Yarn needle
measuring tape (but not really)
