I have had that "little push" from the holy spirit that has prevented me from catastrophe and bad relationships. Even to pull away from certain people and I feel closer to God's plan. There have been times when I've ignored it and paid for it later on.

He is so knowledgeable, but makes everything understandable. I love to hear him read Scripture! David, any idea when we might get another msg? I know God leads u, but itd help so much to help us see how Rump's cult says vaccines & masks r marks of the beast! We love you, David.

Do you believe that God knows who will go to heaven and who will go to hell even from the beginning of time? If God has given us a will, how can He always know what we will choose? In that scenario, do we really have choices?
@SuperpopeGaming4 жыл бұрын
I do believe he has always known. He wouldn’t be God if he didn’t. But knowing the future isn’t the same thing as causing the future. If you had a barometer that always told you when it would rain and was never wrong, it would be silly to say, “this barometer controls the weather!” I hope I’m making sense, Sylvia.

@@SuperpopeGaming I used to think that but now I struggle with that. Why isn’t history being written in real time if man is given a will to choose how history is written..... I don’t know why this is something I struggle with to understand.....
@SuperpopeGaming4 жыл бұрын
@@Piano-Love Maybe this analogy will make more sense. Say you watch a movie, or read a book, and then immediately watch it or read it again. You know exactly what is going to happen, but you certainly didn't cause it to happen. Now, some believe that God hasn't given us free will, but it's not necessary to believe that. But it has to be true that God has an ultimate plan that cannot be spoiled, otherwise he isn't all powerful or all knowing.

God can communicate with His people anyway He likes,as long as it lines up with His word.Example a Still small voice,or through a Whirlwind as He did with Elijah.We should be lead by the Spirit of God,walk in the Spirit and He will direct our Path.
@SuperpopeGaming4 жыл бұрын
We do have a conscience, which we shouldn’t ignore. But that’s not the voice of God. The leading of the Spirit helps us understand the Word, and reminds us of it. But as Calvin wrote, “such leading excludes all autosuggestion and the hearing of imaginary, fictitious, inward voices.” If you listen to voices you think you’re hearing in your head, how would you know the difference between God and your own selfish ideas? Because it lines up with scripture? But if you know the truth of scripture, why would God need to put a voice in your head?
@oboostrauss87604 жыл бұрын
SuperPope Gaming because it’s not voices in your head . Its all about the HEART. You mention Calvin, this man believed in “Predestination “ ??????
@SuperpopeGaming4 жыл бұрын
Then you and I are possibly in agreement. Because you can’t hear voices in your heart. And all Christians believe in predestination. The Bible talks about it a lot. We just disagree on what the word means.

I don't know why, but I was reading manga a little while ago when all of the sudden "Pride of the Saiyan" popped into my head. Then "Gyromix", "Pimento Cheese Boy", and "Mexican Space Program". And memories of MP3.com came flooding into my brain, and I thought 'you know, it's a longshot, but maybe Superpope is still around'... and to my utter delight, you are! With a gaming AND theology channel, no less! I'm so glad to see you're still around, man. Instant subscribe.
