wow i really loved this! i loved how u shared your personal testimony and tied that in to how you met your husband. I have a very similar testimony as well, i’m only 22 i turn 23 next year, never been in a real relationship but the last situation i was in was in 2020 so i’m now in year 2 of not being dependent on a man in a relationship and i can definitely say it’s way more freeing lol. you worked with God by ur consistent pursuing of him and going to church and he sent you someone who pursued u the same I LOVE IT! this gave me more faith ❤️❤️❤️❤️ new subbie

Hey there Nicole! Thank you for watching and commenting. Appreciate you ♥️ Actually I was not a prodigal daughter in the sense of how the Bible defines a person who has strayed away from the truth. I had never made the decision to follow Jesus to be his disciple and live out my faith until what I shared at the point of studying the Bible for myself and submitting to His will for me. Before I was saved I had never denied myself and submitted to God. Some of the scriptures that helped me to hear with my ears, see with my eyes, and understand with my heart were: John 8:31-32 NIV To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Luke 9:23 NIV Then he said to them all: "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” 🌟

Hey! I’m glad you’re here girl. Yes, you do need more. I’ve been there before and I would recommend starting a routine in the morning with God where you read out of a physical Bible and begin with prayer. The book of John would be a great place to begin and ask yourself what can you learn from Jesus and make decisions for that day to be more like him in your life. ♥️ ask God for help and he will help you.
