How to Know if You're in Love

Love is a very strong feeling. You can have feelings of love for lots of different people, including family members, friends and people you're romantically or sexually attracted to. You can't control who you have feelings of love for, but you can decide if and how you'll show those feelings.
There are lots of ways to show love for another person, including hugging, kissing, doing nice things for them and telling them that you love them. When someone cares deeply about another person and also feels attracted to that person, they may be feeling romantic love. Some people choose to be sexually intimate with the person they feel romantic love for, but having having sex doesn't always mean two people feel romantic love for each other.
