Take it from the expert, you need to throw over 10,000 reps on the heavy bag, using mitts, and sparring to master the lead hook. Sounds like a lot but you can do it!

Aaron Swenson, aka ‘Speedy,’ began his Martial Arts journey under his father’s guidance in the family’s dojo in Chicago. I know this is for punching but for a kick are you supposed to hit with the side of your leg or the front of your leg
