My inspiration to get back into boxing is the release and clarity a session brings. Positively dispersing energy sets me in a center. Love the videos and saving for one!

Hooks are my favorite since I learned how to do them correctly with the body rotation and all - they feel so freaking empowering!

This is a great video and congratulations Tommy on bringing FightCamp to such an amazing platform! Boxing is not only a great form of self defense, but also challenges the body in numerous ways- strength, endurance, mental focus and keeps your body and mind fit healthy. Definitely one of the most motivating forms of sports I've tried in my life so far. I've been learning for over a year now and never plan to stop 😀

Thank you so much, Tommy! Much better than the "slap" command from my ClassPass instructor. Gratitude for pointing out power comes from the hips 🎉 You've a new fan and subscriber! Much love

You did so many things shane and many others say not to do like" it isnt all power", "dont twist the hips like your loading up a spring it telegraphs",and"don't throw loose wide haymakers its a tight punch" this isnt the "proper". its just the most powerful which can be useful but the title is wrong tbh the proper hook is quick and tight i agree that weight transfer is useful and recommended it

"Celebrity to blast with a lead hook": Joey Porter from the Steelers for that 2015 Playoff fiasco... (Bengals Fan over here) "Motivating me to Box right now": Need to get back into the swing of things after participating in Haymakers for Hope in NYC at MSG in 2015 -- had to learn so I didn't embarrass myself in front of family and friends in my charity bout, and have lost a step and am picking it back up! "Struggling with": footwork and defense / slips aren't as good as my punch combos...also am a lefty so unique combos to bring into sparring whenever I get back in the ring!
