I really appreciate that years into your videos you keep reinforcing your techniques…like how you separate front from the back. It makes so much sense! And after the last 15 videos it finally has sunk in.

I love how detailed you are... like the hair stylists in the 70's-80's... no one cuts hair like that anymore. So thank you Matt for sharing your knowledge. As a mother of teens I became their hair dresser during the pandemic... you have been my go to professional guide, for all those great hair cut tips... too bad I can't give my self that Curly Shag you posted 3 years ago. Cheers from Redondo Beach, CA and Keep up the great work!

I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years and I am big on education and honing your skill, there is no such thing as knowing it all going back to basics you always learn something new with that said I love your videos! I think you’re an excellent educator, love the highlights you add to your videos as hairdressers can be very visual and more importantly every time I watch one of your videos I LEARN something new 😊 🫶 and for that I want to say thank you for the time and efforts you put into making your videos and yes I want that razor 😃

I've always seen it as something of a lazy hairdresser's shortcut, although that may be a bit unfair because it's a legitimate technique I guess ...in moderation. Still, for my hair, plenty of razoring inevitably results in sticky-up ends, not to mention it can look a bit of a mess like it does here at the back. 'Messy' mens hair, yes, but I say no to a haircut that looks like it has already grown-out for a few months and become a bit unruly.
