Nice video! Here I want to ask you one thing: How do you make the chords and audible and standout while also keeping the leads cut through the mix? I feel the need to eq out lead frequencies from the chords but when I do that, the chords become pretty weak and the whole track starts to lack energy and the leads are less harmonized. In the opposite case the leads become dull and the whole track starts to sound messy and lose definition.

The chords need to complete the leads, but never be louder or more present. I like to reduce with an eq on the chorda in the freqs the leads sit and also make them wider than the leads.

I am a lot confused in the sounds............edm producers use leads as there top melody in drop or in the verse...........do chords have specific sound selection?? Do producers use lead sounds in their chords????
