I'm still struggling to obtain an acceptable level of loudness and Highs ad the same time, I can't understand in where I'm doing wrong and it's alway muddy. I've used reference 2 plug in to compare this and others your tutorial with a random Brennan heart - way of life, and the result was an almost Straight line!!!! it means that your level of mixing is THE SAME of some into hardstyle since 10-15 years... compliments🤩

I don't use logic but it doesn't matter, just check what I say and do and do it in your DAW. The important is the knowledge, not the DAW

do you use anyting on the 2bus whenb mixing hardstyle.. or leave it clean..? i have bought kicksrat2 .. can i sidechain the leads if they are in a submix.. and on thje 2 bus i usally use some mixbuss processing but in hardstyle never tried.. workingf on a 180 bpm track right know.. but imn stucked with the leads..thje sound good but to much stereofgield and mono also

Wildcrow This is somewhat off topic but i have been producing music for about a year and i made this one track when i first started with the most amazing intro and chords(but bad drop/no drums/hbut the flp was deleted and i am only left with a final video/wav file. Is there any software that could tell me all the notes or at least some. (I have tried to detect pitch regions in audio editior but it doesn’t rlly work well with chords or a faster guitar loop)

You can try but on a part with not a lot of elements, otherwise it won't really get it. Put it on edison and there is an option to move it to a piano roll.

making hardstyle leads doesn't need too much process to sound well,only needs to take care of the phase and a bit of distortion,if you want to make a bigger sound using layers in a different tone or a chords following the melody in the background are enough
