In this video, you'll discover FHOCAL, a revolutionary new model and unique way of thinking about and delivering change
Given the shared global trauma we've experienced, increasingly blurred boundaries between working and personal lives, the interconnectedness of the communities we belong to, and the seismic challenges we still face, what does this mean for leaders and leadership in our organisations now?
In 2019, Co-Creation sought a change management model to support and enhance its strengths-based solutions. Having thoroughly explored both the evidence and solutions in OD, including appreciative inquiry techniques, we identified a gap in the change management field.
Together with our extensive group of consultants, we developed FHOCAL, which brings together the most important principles and best models in positive psychology, to create a unique way of thinking about and delivering change.
Co-Creation is passionate about helping leaders, practitioners and individuals to find better ways to embrace change with a positive mindset. Since the pandemic started, we have seen a real need for a new way of thinking about and approaching change.
We want to share this new approach with you to enable leaders to make a difference in your organisations. As a result of attending you will
Understand and have access to the tools to help your organisation put in place strategies and approaches that increase leader, team, and individual resourcefulness.
Have insights into developing people's mindset around the pace of change and building resilience in teams to adapt quickly and flexibly to ever-changing environments.
Gain knowledge about key positive psychology models helping to drive engagement, diversity and trust in teams; and ideas about how to apply these to design, lead and deliver change effectively and engagingly.
This event is part of series of OD Special Interest Group sessions exploring 'What next for leadership?' All sessions are ideal for senior OD practitioners or those aspiring to work at this level. We also welcome HR and business leaders keen to learn more about Organisational Development and Leadership.
