Our values define our beliefs, while our beliefs determine our reality. We usually expect what we believe not what actually is and that's the reason we get hurt when our expectations are not fulfilled. Be careful with what you believe, Beliefs can change everything.

Thank you, Conor. I believe that 2020 is a (or can be) a year of clarity. The way to find opportunities that may not look like opportunities come from accountability and relationships where iron sharpens iron. Sometimes we don't see things clearly, even though we think we do. I didn't want or think I needed glasses when I was told I had to get them. Then I put them on. I realized that I wasn't seeing things the way I thought I was or even could, but because of others and a little nudge, I can see clearly again. May we have people in our lives that help us to see clearly! I appreciate your video reminder.

I love the point on having lunch with the crazy person once a month, eventually leading you to find that one genius. After all, as it's said there's a fine line between the two

When I tackle a problem, I start with the so called 'black-box approach', which I have learned myself before encountering the definition. Instead of taking the know path by looking at known solutions to the specific problem, I start with what I have (or the abundance of something), and what I want to achieve (the goal). By doing so I throw away all known 'solutions' from the start. Often the end result is much simpler than the known solution. So this approach really helps me to stay open-minded.

Love this! Funnily enough I'm on the verge of a potential opportunity that could be a game changer and is left-field. The Universe wanted me to see this video as a sign the opportunity is the one for me :)

Hi Conor, in hindu culture there is a drawing of three gods, on the right of the drawing there is goddess Saraswati ji (goddess of knowledge) in the middle there is goddess Laxmi ji (goddess of money wealth) and on the left there is god Ganesh ji (the god to which Hindus worship when they are going to start any new thing).
@avirajsingh5675 жыл бұрын
So if we will see observe this drawing then we can understand that first we should study the thing or the game (goddess of knowledge) , then we should study how to make money out of it (goddess of wealth) and then the last step is to start(god of beginning).

To me there is a big paradox when handling this issue because: being open = living concentrated, in the present, without fear. It is the "I don't know-I am not sure" attitude that leads here, but, in this state/mindset, how is it even possible to spot/recognize gold mines or the right path? Without betting/being determined about things, aren't they not more the product of just luck?...
@franramos_franbuesa5 жыл бұрын
@@ConorNeill Definitely! So...it seems a matter of remaining humble, but taking steps forward, paying attention to our beliefs...many things bring me to this 'flowing in openess without ego' lately but, hey, I do not know for sure, I am learning 👍
