The breathing really helped 👍

Really appreciate you sharing these clips from your program. I've been using that Huberman breathing trick and it really helps. I'm also trying to take a moment in between tries to think through what isn't working in an attempt. Otherwise it's too easy to try in the same way over and over without getting any closer. Basically, if its not working, try changing something in your attempt.

Thanks for the comment Ben! Yeh the breathing thing is real powerful! Totally agree that it's super important to think about what you're doing wrong, you see it so much in skating people just repeating the same mistake 1000 times without changing anything (I can't say I don't fall into this trap sometimes too though).

So I've studied violin much more than I've skated, and have been following content from a performance psychologist at Julliard and it's interesting to see many parallels between your content and the things I've heard there. You're more entertaining though.

Top video chappie. I think balance is key to everything. But it's tough to stay in a balanced state. Keep the content comin 😁

Cheers Ken! Yep, balance is the way! 3000% agree about it being hard to stay in that state though at times.

good work tho! I think your channel has a big potential to grow huge :) just one thing i noticed was that your mic buzzes a bit in the background
@TheDailyPush2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Really appreciate that! Usually the audio is better, I did this workshop with my computer mic though which is why it sucks.
