I think that this video is awesome and that it's full of things that needed to be said. Many young boys and girls approach visually spectacular sports like tricking, parkour or freerunning WITHOUT thinking about responsability for one's own personal safety and the huge amount of body conditioning that is needed to perform well. The first case results in injuries, the second results in tricks landed with shitty forms (because no one trains strenght or flexibility like some seasoned tricking athletes do). Thanks for this video Brandon, keep up the good work!

You are very wise and it's very true when i started getting into parkour and freerunning flips and things i wouldn't get into the fundamentals and started hucking random stuff and got injured

Tricking is hard as hell. I was making decent progress before the gym near me closed down and there aren't any good ones in my area. Having to drive over an hour to train is crazy 😭

You know what you should do for the next video? You could show the B-Kick and the different variations of B-Kick. Such as B-Kick Switch, Butter Knife, Frisbee, etc.

Great video, emphasizing responsibility and research, you should be commended for this. My uneducated tip for for auto-didacts: don't do what this Master did at 1:27 on flagstones - he knows what he's doing, you don't (yet).

Autodidact works, but is incredibly time inefficient. A coach will distill years of experience for you.
