regarding the timestamps, I recommend you look up how to put them in the description so you make use of the youtube timestamp feature, it would make it so much easier to browse through them

I'm currently learning flow arts (specifically fire twirling) and I think I'm gonna learn tricking as well. It could be easily incorporated into a flow routine plus I need to get my strength and flexibility up

Tricking for me started in the park with some crazy friends just trying to mimic what we saw on videos. Then we learned about gymnasiums and it just got crazier as the environment got safer. Hope your well Hadyn, would be good to see you again soon ;)

Haydn I'm extremely interested in learning tricking, since I don't have access to a gymnastics centre in lockdown would you recommend buying a crash mat for tricking in the park? another amazing video btw!
@HadynWiseman4 жыл бұрын
You could but then you will need to land tricks that little bit higher onto the mat. I didn't use one but see others doing it and it definitely looks like it helps with their confidence and getting more reps in. So personal choice I think.

Do you have issues with high impacts being placed on your feet/ankles? I had a severe sprain a few years ago thats quite prone to flairing up from impact so im guessing doing flips isnt the best idea. Also you never thought of giving a plant based diet a try? Hoping Clarence has had an influence on you since he was a major factor in my transition about 3 years ago Fantastic vid, very informative keep it up
@HadynWiseman4 жыл бұрын
Not particularly. I dont really have any ongoing issues. I see too many people doing it for years and then saying their health was awful. Also I have no troubles on my current diet and have never even had a sick day from work in 10 years. My performance level is consistently high so I'm pretty happy sticking to meat.
@Lb-ri5wr4 жыл бұрын
@@HadynWiseman OK maybe I'll give some on the more basic tricks a go then. And I was more talking from an ethical standpoint than a health one. I don't consider people who went on a plant based diet, eat nothing but raw fruit then get ill, evidence that the diet itself is bad for health. Hopefully you look into it a bit more. I know for myself it took me like a year of making excuses to really give it a go.
