This video resonated deeply with me. Letting go of a situation that no longer serves us isn't just an act of courage, but a step toward personal growth and peace. Stoicism teaches us that acceptance is power. Who else felt this powerful shift in their mindset after watching?

Yes, Stoic teaching contains many truths that we all need for a better existence here. Jesus said, the truth will free you. And it doesn’t matter where you find it, in the Law, a court, a school , the Bible , history or Stoic teaching. I’ve found it in all of these.

Marcus Aurelius’ quote about happiness depending on the quality of our thoughts really hit home. We often cling to things we can't control, but letting go truly opens up space for inner peace. Anyone else ready to embrace this lesson in their own lives?

Well I do not believe in luck or chance as we rest in the soverignty of God and wait on His will and His time we can re-center our-self to who it is Jesus is and who we are to Him as His dicipels allowing me to focus on what is in my control and not worry or be anxious or dismayed about what is not in my control knowing in whom we trust Solus Christus ‼️

Yes ...The human ,(well THIS human ,anyway), requires guidelines ... Better to have guide lines that have been SUCCESSFULLY vetted ,then to have to learn the HARD way ... Better to have a lit pathway ,then to stumble around in the dark...
