How to unlock your creativity and get started in your sketchbook. I'm using Caran d'Ache Neocolor II water soluble wax pastels to draw and paint without worrying about the outcome. Sketchbooks are made for learning and exploring different mediums, subjects, and techniques. Don't be afraid of the blank page, embrace it!

Where you saw a fly I saw pillows on a bed. I did a picture, last night, by just dropping different colors on my page and letting them spread around. I then went back and made flowers and leaves from the shapes. I think it came out really nice.

The fly’s eyes remind me of microphones, after you’ve finished it! And the scribble on the left reminds me of a ballerina at a barre! But the bunny’s soooooooooooooo ccccccccccccuuuuuuuuuuttttttttteeeeeee!

0:32 for me, it’s the “wasting” of the “nice paper” that i have all these traditional materials but they just sit here, that’s why digital art is more forgiving and easier, but it’s changing as i see clearly now it’s nonsense❤
