I found that I wasted the most time on my phone while in bed at night. So I’ve been challenging myself to NEVER use my phone in bed. I can put an audiobook on, I can read a real book or I can just sleep, but I won’t use my phone in bed. It’s been sooooo helpful for my mental health and sleep schedule and Ive only been doing it for like 3 days so far! :D
