Pascal, please help me... When I film with gopro the videos stay very cool and beautiful; but when I post on Instagram, they get sucks!!! I don't know what to do anymore, and I don't want to pay a program to do the convertion / export. Do you have any tricks for this? Thank you very much, I'm a big fan :)

Export in 4K or 2160x2160 for square video and ensure you export in a high bitrate. DaVinci Resolve is great and free.

No, either use DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. Premiere is just slow and buggy. Especially, on laptops.
