There is a new RTX for eevee, i don’t remember if it’s a custom build or if it’s not but it works in 3.4. It’s not made by the same creator as the one you mentioned

At Minute 05:00, the 1v1 scene, there is an Image / Plane in the background with a blue sky and glaciers. Where did you get that and is it just a Plane with a Material on it?
