How to Link Smart Life App with Amazon’s Alexa (Outdoor Plug)

i have an echo, echo dot and echo display 5. I've added 3 plugs with Smart Life. In Alexa I have configured the 3 plugs. Through the echo and echo dot I can control the 3 plugs. With the echo show 5, the settings show the plugs and unresponsive. Any ideas? All the echo devices and plugs are on 2.4 wifi network.

This is great instructions for voice control, however I need instructions to set an on / off schedule. Please help...............

In the Smart Life app, a schedule can be setup on the Scenes page (next the home icon on the bottom of the page). They have recommended templates to use for setting up the schedule. Hope this helps.

Seems my sister had the delay as well with her IPhone. Odd as with my android phone. The link happens automatically and my echo devices even announce they have been added.

I added the device ( a plug - named it light ) and linked the smart life to Alexa and can control it from my Alexa app on the my phone, but the problem is : when I close the app and try to control it form Alexa , she says no devices named light found.!!! Any idea ?? Thank you for your help.

I did notice this same issue with another device. I had to wait about 15 minutes for things to sync up and all of a sudden it started working. Maybe that will work for you.
