thx i was fully awakend 2018 i lost my left hand. In hospital i wander why i so calm and so peaceful i heald my wound and recover hand this was the beginning. Whole my life i was thinking about this what u seing but i never find information about it . god is a conciesnes its an engergy in my soul body mind everithing i want is in me every anwser. im empath its a hard life but i like it becouse i open my third eye. i was so full of enegy and trustful but i was a danger to others now im paying for this i wish everybody understand my perspective we r the one. any way u r so beateufull :P

As you mentioned, " that elevated state of consciousness", this has always been the true witness in your whole life. Life's ups and downs occur in our daily lives as you said, this will pass if you let it, because what we hold here really is not. True experience starts every day at the root of our consciousness. My life is experienced, as all are experienced, experiences dance like waves on the ocean. The real Being is like the water within the ocean, the real experience is witnessed only in the calm of consciousness that extinguishes all waves..... thank you gabi. im still on my journey to fully understand myself. I thought I found someone that I can express my love and authentic self to. its how I fell in love and opened up a new dimension of it. but I got thrown off when they left which reactivated my old wounds of non acceptance and rejection. I struggle to find coherence because whenever I come to it it makes me feel aligned to pour love into them. but then the reflection I get is a closed heart and rejection. so it leaves me confused.
