@@Voytazar that's why your not 'happy'. Same with me. We continue to ask this question from the outside but we need to sit down and ask that question from within. I've done it through meditation, and had a amazing streak of days where I was happy and living a healthy rountine. Now I got off of SSRIs and it's been quite catastrophic on me mentally. Now funny enough I realize I would subconsciously stay miserable and lazy then be productive and work my day out.

No expectation= happy life More expectations= sad life. Expectation is injuries. Life is like journey and expectation is like luggage. If you want free and happy journey, then must reduce luggages. Happiness is already within us. We bring out expectations instead of happiness. If we are happy or sad it's upto us, it won't affect the life. Life will always remains same.

There are so many unhappy/miserable people who I am unfortunately surrounded by. But when the world is chaos, I watch these videos, and am reminded of who I truly am. I am truly at peace within myself. I am happy with myself. I find contentment within myself. I am reminded that I am, at the core base, always at bliss. Their projections are the causes of their inner turmoils, and does not belong to me. I am happy from within and this will in turn, flow to my external being. Thank you Sadhguru.

Sadhguru was so ahead of his time. Wish the entire world saw this video. We could make a blissful planet. People make many unnecessary conclusions about what is wrong and what is right. But Sadhguru puts it so simply the truth of life that if we don't make misery out of everything we do, then whatever we do is right thing. Pranams Sadhguru. Always grateful to exist in the same times as you are 🙏

My interpretation to what he is articulating is that it is ok to have expectation and dreams. There’s no right or wrong with it. But we need to enjoy the process of reaching that goal and making it a joyful one in every single step along the journey. And only that way, we will have the ultimate joy!

Positive and negative ego, to much focus on 'being happy' not enough focus on existing. To many mental paradigms to follow, to many rules and guidelines, so much structure. We must organizing ourselves and our lives and simplify to the basics. Once the mess is unwound, it's much easier to get out of our own way and just live. No worries of being or not being 'happy'

High in fat ? High in cholesterol? Etc. Etc.. Are we doing to much exercise ? Too little ? Are we going to bed on time ? Did we get enough sleep ? Did we drink enough water etc.. We need to listen to the spirit God has gifted us with and that is our INNER SELF ! Do what YOU wanna do , eat what YOU wanna eat , exercise when YOU want to and how you want to .
