U r spot on about AC in the gyms. There is a gym in Thailand in Pattaya called Muscle Factory. Probably the best gym I have ever been to in my life but no AC and I was sweating as much just working out as u would in a steam room. Can be brutal. Vietnam is a great country with amazing people. Solid video. Enjoy dude.

Nice video on the costs in DaNang. It must be a big difference coming from Colombia. I like your money breakdown. Enjoy VN, as all the places have a lot to offer. Try not to fall in love right away . :)

How much English is understood? What quality is health care? Is there health insurance? What visa options for retirees? Are there retirement homes / nursing homes (and quality/price) for expats who will need this option eventually?

Which of the TA Galaxy gyms did you go to, do they vary? I took my teenagers there 6 years ago, came back a couple years later but only could stay for 3 weeks cuz of the COVID. I'm now in Thailand and headed back to Vietnam in a couple of months. I love it.

On my second trip to Hoi An I was underwhelmed because of the massive tourism and the quality of the clothing seem to have gone down. On my return I'm going to completely redo my wardrobe. Do they do any custom tailoring at the G-Men shops? Like you I have traveled extensively throughout South America and Asia, a total of 7 years. Don't know your citizenship but were you able to get the three month Visa? We should cross path sometime, Don't know exactly when I'll be there.

Thank you for your time and posting. Subscribed. You are doing about what I hope to do at the end of the year, except the moto, not for me. I'm checking out VN in September to see if I want to retire there. I am hoping it works out. You are the first one to mention a video game shop. I've been playing COD since 2005. :) Yep, not married. And will look for a computer shop as well. I'd happily pay US$60 for that gym with a lap pool. Western medicine equals drugs, lots of drugs. Thanks again.
