Even though I am retired and we are in the midst of Covid-19, I still follow the guidelines for being productive in my day. Dressing, personal hygiene, doing daily chores, etc also helps to make you feel good about yourself as a person. I can't move to Sweden or to a small village, but I get outside in my yard, and make my home as stress free as possible.

I live in the Swedish countryside and I love it. My closest neighbours are 1km away. 3km to the next village store, 30km to bigger store's and 70km to big hospitals and supermarkets. After living 7 years in China I enjoy the silence. Thank you for this video 🙂

I loved Sweden, i have been very fortunate to visit Sweden starting in the year of 1981 and visited it every year. People in Sweden are very accommodating and welcome you with an open arms. I love watching your shows, I'm a nurse in a nursing home I work nights so that I can still do things like taking dog walks and seeing daylight I take naps before working. I work 5 nights during the week. And every other weekend.i moved from 2 areas to less than a area so I'm trying to rebuild my gardens. I'm living in a old house which is a challenge but one i enjoy. I'd like to be more self contained so as fall is coming here in North Carolina I'm getting ready for colder weather I have to put in a woodstove and have my roof retooled. Swedish country side is very fascinating. I have been to Upsala during the summer many years ago. During my visit to Sweden that summer I also stayed at my friend's house in Älvdalen. The house was located in the country side, about an hour driving from Mora, surrounded by forest and one big river flows behind the house. The nearest neighbor was about half km away. I had very good time...

I love how close things are in Sweden. I live in a rural community, but it appears far more urban than where you live and yet the nearest big hospital is 2 hours away. I visited family in Sweden several years ago and I miss it so much.

Such beautiful areas, brings back wonderful memories from my childhood. My uncle and my aunt (she was from Germany) build up an amazing place with little houses in the woods and each of them told a fairytale. This place is still located in the Eskilstuna area and is better known as Sagostigen. I spent many times there in the late 60es and felt in love with the beauty of this wonderful country.
