Im struggling with the bat lag position I hit like 220 feet and know i could probably hit 260 with a perfect swing So yea... Can you describe the baseball lag position? How you get the backarm into your side, etc. PLease :D

@@rslwannabe9475 to get your back arm to the side it's kind of like your dropping your elbow and tucking it in at the same time. try looking for a major leagers swing from the behind in slow motion swing

How I get loaded personally... 5 oz Makers Mark, sugar cube, and couple drops Angosturas Bitters, ice and splash water.

The fuck are you talking about? Bonds was a bad hitting coach because he wasn’t good with people. But, the guy hit 762 home runs. I dig Matt’s KZbin channel, but I’m not sure where the comparison to Bonds makes sense. I don’t know, comments like these confuse the hell out of me.

THis is such a good point but another thing is bat speed. Baez has insane bat speed and Manny & Barry Bonds had tremendous bat speed. Babe Ruth also had some crazy bat speed.
