It really does take a leap of faith to adopt your approach of lowering the weight, feeling the movement and contractions and trusting the process that it WILL grow without having to be half dead after a session. I'm still young having just entered my 30s but my body definitely doesn't move and recover like it used to. This method helps reduce chance of injury, cuts my time in the gym by reducing rest times which does wonders for motivation! Thanks Mike.

The head position cue is so money. Changed my back engagement/activation instantly. And I fractured my neck in my c6 and c7. So this cue is worth its weight in gold. The gains are coming back so fast since healing thanks to Big Mike.

Moving weight through the muscle, can literally change your life if you love training.. Give you the ability to train for decades hopefully. Sustainably. I try to help young guys at the gym, when they ask cause they see what you're doing and they know it's different. They see your physique but they don't understand cause it's not what they hear everywhere else.. And I'm at John Meadows Gym. I understand why Mike gets frustrated with clowns. Don't stop what you're doing Mike, you've helped me so much, thank you.

very well explained Mike, two days ago I was asked in the gym where I go, why I do not open my elbows at 90 degrees when I do dumbbell press flat, I tried to explain that I feel only stretching near the shoulder and almost nothing in the chest, the one who asked me had bigger shoulders than chest (tight shoulders and flat chest ) now I understand what it's like to know what you're doing to have results from what you're doing and yet someone who is stupid from everywhere wants to teach you .... Huge thanks to the great MIKE for free and true information, Respect :))))))))

Yoda would say "Wisdom there is in your videos Master Mike";-) I would like to ask you for a video on a proper biceps training, i.e. how to properly do barbell curls, whether to keep a slight bend at the bottom to "maintain constant tension" and minimize the risk of a tear or to extend the arm fully thus working the muscle in full range also engaging the lower part of the biceps, etc. Thank you Mike for your informative videos. All the best from Poland.
