I can get my feet off the ground fine in lolasana, but I feel like I can’t keep my legs underneath, I kind of rotate so that it feels more like a lift off before a jump back rather than lolasana. My legs stay close into my body, so the legs aren’t dropping... Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong? I set up exactly as you have here but when I lift up my legs just want to come to the front 😂 Really helpful videos, btw!

I would need to see a video of what you are doing. Sounds like you should just keep practicing holding it even though it’s sooooo hard 😆😭💪🏼

run in place, jumping JACKS, goddess JACKS, all the jacks, biggg loaddd beast. Hops, wiggles, sways, jumps, buttt kicks, thigh slaps.. And lots of talking and out of breath. Love your voice , love your count downs, love when u say pulse, up and down, big dip, little tiny one inchers, pump, faster, thrust, release, intenseness. U sound so good thank u 😊 😊
