How you didn't mention Microneedling? I probably have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin and instead spending thousands on useless creams (Again, not speaking on sun screen which is the most important thing), or other cosmetic producers instead of changing habits such as no AIcohoI, no smking, never sleep on the side of the face, drink plenty of water, daily sun screen, avoid sugar, exercise and mind your own business haha.

+1 for kora. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my late 30's or early 40's. I assume it works so well because when we get older, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkIes. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful.

I’m 56 and I’m beginning to get really bored of trying to look younger. It’s a scam! It’s a billion pound industry..lots of people getting rich off women’s insecurities. Meanwhile we’re distracted from ourselves and our talents/ambitions. I’ve had enough of it. I’m just going to look my best as I am and not take on the ‘shame’ of being older that they’re selling. 🤩

I will incorporate the ascorbic acid in my diet. Thank you very much to all of you for your knowledge. Oh I forgot to ask a very important question. @BarbaraShand-t9n13 күн бұрын
@MrKaptenkaj our bodies including the face are full of muscles. If not used the muscles will atrophy and due to thin skin, the face will wrinkle, sometimes excessively. Look up "face yoga" and strengthen them by using them! Do be aware that too much exercise can cause them to ripple like your abs. Not attractive. Basically it is smiling to the point of tightness at the perimeter, (Think in terms of wiggling your ears) and holding the pose. Think of it as isometric exercise. My upper lips are just tightened and held, and released, avoid stretching or pursuing.
